I’ve had mine for two weeks and I love ❤️ it! I’m a senior citizen but this is the best investment I’ve made in my health! I feel so alive! Thinking about getting a second one incase this one breaks. In other words, I NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT ONE!
Hi Sunshine’s 🥳, I got My LifePro TrimLite last Saturday🥳, I just 💖it🥳, but I just wanted to say that, I just 💖 the way that this, Lovely Lady ties Her Shoes 🥳. Have a Great Weekend Sunshine’s 🥳💐💖💐🤗🥳
I watch some of these vibration plate videos just to learn about each one, but I cant use any of them because of a knee replacement. Plus I go right to the low rated reviews to find out what problems each vibration device had. I get my daily workouts from riding a home exercise bike for my legs and knees and has stretch cables for the upper body. Anyway, thanks for the video.
With mild osteoporosis in an active person what are the recommendations to improve bone density. How long to stand on it? Should a person bend their knees or should they contract their muscles and do isometrics with the knees locked? What is the best 'level' of vibration for optimal bone recovery? Please advise.
Hello, Lorna! It is best to use the platform at the speed you are most comfortable with. This is to help your body to be able to use the platform every day. :) Also, you may want to bend your knees a little to avoid the vibration from reaching the head.
@@Lifeprofitness What do the studies suggest/research recommend in relation to amount of time needed and the 'oscillation or type of speed or frequency' found to be effective? Does your machine have a 'speed' that corresponds to the research yeilding positive results?
Instead of showing the functions on the machine, they keep showing her talk mostly. This video ruined it . I wanted to see the actual display while she is pushing buttons . Makes me not interested .
I developed a pulmonary embolism (blood clot in the lung) a few months ago during a hospital stay. Right now I work out daily on my mini trampoline (love the 'air time'). I have read about 'vibration plates' not being good for my condition, which however is gradually clearing up. Would a Waver oscillating board be better for me?
Hi there Michael, Hope you're doing great! As advised, if there is blood clot formation, the vibration platform exercises can be extremely dangerous. As the vibration platform greatly increases blood circulation throughout your body, there is a chance that this process can release a blood clot that may have been lodged in your blood vessels. This can be fatal. We suggest you consult your doctor first to avoid any complications. Hope this helps :)
I recently purchased the rumblex max 4d for my wife's osteoporosis. How do i figure out what g force each setting is equal to? Starting from level 1 to max
I just got this unit i use it 2 or 3 times daily for 2 minutes, no issues when using it but after using it like 10 minutes later i start feeling a little light headed , a little dizzy and vision blurs but corrects itself, im at speed 2 , walking and i dont use it for more than 2 minutes
I just got mine & tried it at a longer time (10 mins) at a higher level (10-15) and I got light headed as well. Freaked me out a bit. Got to go back to square 1 and be patient
Is the Lifepro waver vibration platform safe for people who have kidney stones? I have read a caution about using vibration platforms since the vibrations can loosen lodged stones and block renal tubes. I ordered one yesterday from Amazon and then found the caution. I will have to return it.
Hi Lily, Kidney stones are considered a relative contraindication for using WBV. This does not mean that an individual with kidney stones cannot use WBV however; you must get a clearance from their physician before using the platform. :)
Hello, Robert! It is a contraindication of using the platform. We highly suggest not using the platform and communicating this with a medical professional to know best if you are allowed to use the platform.
I’m so angry I just purchased this got it in the mail plugged it in and NOTHING!! It’s not Working 🤬. As she said it’s super heavy how am I supposed to exchange this.

Why can't you use it due to the knee replacement?

Hi Alex, so sorry for the inconvenience you may check our other video relating to this: ruclips.net/video/cUNoJYHOBPw/видео.html
I agree. They could have easily videotaped the whole body and machine instead of boring shots of her hand while she’s describing yhev
Can this be used for someone with a full knee replacement? thank you
We'd recommend to consult with your doctor first before using the vibration plate. :)

Does vibration help inflammation?
It should.

Hello! It is 1 at least and 2 at highest setting. :)

Just listen to your body Jayan, Keep it slow ! Thanks for sharing :)
Bend your knees a little more. Don't go up any speeds or add more time until those symptoms subside 😉.

how do you use the coloured resistance bands
Hi! You can watch this video for tutorial: ruclips.net/video/eXf11GbSVRE/видео.html
what are the other 9 programs
Hello, Robert! each program offers a different speeds to help the body keep guessing each time. These are available in the Waver. :)
Does this help with weight loss?
Hi HB! The vibration platform enhances metabolism and circulation which is good in weight loss and reducing cellulites in the body.

Can i sit with my feet on it to help my knees?
Absolutely Kim! You can sit on a chair and place feet on the machine :D
My one is stuck on pre-programme mode, even though I've turned it off and on again :(
Hi Ferdi!
So sorry to hear that, please email us at support@lifeprofitness.com to assist you further.
Please can somebody tell me what speed setting corresponds to 30 hz and which is 50 hz please? Is it literally settings 30 and 50? Thank you
Hello, Ness! The Waver has a frequency range of 4-12Hz.🙏🏻 However, our Rumblex series has a frequency range of 4-40Hz

how can I sent it to more than 15min, lets sat 1hour?
Hi there, Unfortunately the platform cannot be set more than 15 minutes, to avoid any harm. :)
Trying to pay attention to the info, but a tall order when I keep hearing “actually” twice in each sentence 🤦🏽♀️
Aww Leena sorry about that :) We will try to improve.
