A really clever trick - especially the use of the coloured pens. If you're not using a marked deck, the coloured pens make the trick stronger despite the early reveal. If you don't have coloured pens you could write the name of the spectator on each prediction instead?

Great trick, i've done this one many times, i use cheap biros (the bic type with solid colours not transparent) and just swop the refills over.

I watched the performance and you fooled me but I got a little suspicious at 4:04 when you put Sue's card on Tom's side. But most people won't notice the switch.

Well, ok. Only, my first thought was, _Marked cards? Surely he wouldn't!_
(I get it it that it can be performed without a marked deck, but I feel that the first spectator's early reveal makes far less compelling.)
