I drew first time in Montana - Spanish Peaks. Odds were not in my favor but you can draw right out of the gate I'm here to tell you. Ironically enough I met Brendan through a mutual friend and he helped me take my first ram mostly because he just likes to hunt sheep more than anything on the planet. Brendan is a great figure head for Kuiu as he spend his life hunting the hard way on public land and super remote places without any support, just love of the back country. If you are ever lucky enough to hunt with this guy be ready to laugh. He has a world class sense of humor.

@@kehlergeorge4551 That's what I was afraid of. Is it worth it for the sheep? Or are you just looking to make yourself bear scat?
If you want to hunt sheep in your lifetime I would be taking the risk just due to the fact of the low draw % of a regular bighorn tag. Just remember, the harvest rate is sub 3%. Ill tell you one thing, you wont be laying on your death bed thinking, "gosh im happy I didnt go on that unlimited draw sheep hunt." Its all about the experience.
