A Chinese Yo-Yo, also known as a diabolo, is a roller structure that is used with a string connected to two sticks. Originating back to over 1000 years ago, the Chinese Yo-Yo was used by nobility. Over time, it was passed down to the common people, where it was used as a juggling activity during China's Spring festival. The Chinese Yo-Yo is more recently seen in China as an acrobatic activity, and has since transferred from traditional wooden and bamboo designs to newer plastic designs. It is used in the present day for performances or other recreational activities.
