I wish I understood chords better to figure out these chord progressions. These videos are great but you have such a clear grasp of chords it’s kinda hard to follow along and make something that sounds good.

Theres loads of vids on youtube about learning chords and progressions. Im in the same boat as you tbh, I think if you start there and just keep messing about and then come back to this you'll have more of a clear understanding. I think Julien even has some vids about this? Also on ableton's website they have a learning tool which helps you grasp the basics.
