    Hi Mike. Hockey goalie here. Is there a routine you can put together for hockey goalies that will help specifically with durability and injury prevention? (Groin strains, torn hamstrings, etc.)

      Hey! As far as injury prevention is concerned, I think the best thing to do is develop a very consistent stretching routine that also focuses on mobility and range of motion. Even if you do a video like this one everyday, that should go along way. But yes, by all means I can put another video together that addresses those concerns! Stay tuned.

      I’m older and need all the help I can get with mobility but also injury prevention when I quickly change directions when I’m down in butterfly. I strained my groin pretty bad about 9 weeks ago and I’m still not feeling 100%. Been playing scared because of it.
