Day 19 done 🤩 Amazing experience ☺️ I was suffering from headache and then I decided to do yoga nidra & after the practice it was like I m in a new place i.e quite, pure, serene & I was thoughtless . It was like my mind is on rebooting mode.☺️🤗🤩 Thanks 🙏

Hlo mam m yog nidra daily krti hu after the practice but mam shuru me muje koi problem nhi hui but ab ...mere hands me finger or pair me bi its like kuch realase ho rha ho current sa bechani hoti h or movement hota h today i am not able to do yog nidra why asa kyu ho rha h.....plzz mam reply if u sees this
