This looks great! Just what I'm looking for, simple and elegant, without lots of frills. Can I ask, what if I don't use the side gusset strips and just sew the gusset directly to the body? In case I don't have enough leather for the strips~

I'm very pleased that you like it☺️ Of course you can do it without the stripes. It would only be inconvenient to stitch, but it can be done.

Кожа Crazy horse в толщине 1.5мм.
Для этой выкройки подойдёт толщина до 2.5мм но нужно будет дольше формовать боковины и сшивать как показано в видео.
