that was Chills he has over a million subs on here and has been doing it for over 5 years close to 10 years. His voice is naturally like that. He has gone to the doctors and had it looked at. Dr. said it is normal just like the Slam Ham channel does it too. Many channels do some are more pronounced and easier to hear than others.

May I say from someone who has binged watched Sam and Colby ghost hunting videos it definitely made me a little sad that Eddie and Mully believed both Sam and Kris were just pretending when the caller was being dead serious, but at the same time can see why they both would be skeptical because it was a bad timed clip to make any of the skeptics think it’s staged.
I agree with most in the comments and also wish to see Eddie either react to their videos
Or let him react on his own time, because it truly is awesome and terrifying at the same time.
And if Eddie does react or watch them on his own times headphones help pick up more of whispering and noises.

I was so shocked when Eddie started watching a Sam and Colby clip, literally my two fav youtubers colliding, it was incredible!! Then got the reaction from them which was kinda understandable but they really need to watch the full video before commenting. I know its jokes and all but yeah hoped for a better reaction.

I believe this person took inspiration of the Rokurokubi from Japanese folklore. Rokurokubi's are part of a group of monster/ creatures called Yokai.
