Jackson Blue is one of our favorite caves and of course we love diving with Edd, he was our KISS Sidewinder instructor and we’ve learned so much from him. It’s impossible to see on the video how strong the current is, going through the Keyhole (without a DPV) was always a challenge, 95 million gallons of water was the flow rate when I was there and man was that an eye opening experience! Can’t wait to be back at Jackson Blue!
"95 million gallons of water was the flow rate" That's not a rate, it's a volume. What's the time reference? 95 million gallons per minute? Per hour? Per day? THAT will tell us the rate.
I'll never be a cave diver, personal decision, but damn what an honor to just dive with Mr. Sorenson. I'm absolutely in awe of that man. His skill, his humility. He's a gift to humanity.
Edd's perfection level trim and positioning will always be something I can watch for hours. Not dived Jackson blue myself yet, but very much on the list for the future!
Wow that was amazing what an adventure to have. Ed is such a strong man who looks intimidating but any time I’ve seen him speak he’s always so willing to teach others and humble.
Many viewers may not leave a comment, this does not mean that the content did not motivate them, but the fascination made them unable to find the words.
Dude I've been watching this series since i was a kid and i love it so much, the interesting locations and your positive attitude are my favourite parts. Please never stop making these videos! :)
Hope you see this. Hello, I am a huge huge fan of BlueWorldTV. There are many channels about diving but I chose this channel to watch everytime because you are really humble and I love every video you uploded. Please keep doing.
Is it weird that I just wanted to cry at the stunning beauty under water? Thank you for sharing your diving adventure...If I were a cave diver..I would pack up go there 🙂 but as a non-scuba diver..at least I can enjoy the natural beauty on RUclips... ❤
That was an exciting cave exploration - can’t wait for part two! It’s fun to watch you guys navigate restrictions too. And wow, Edd’s trim is perfection! You wouldn’t guess that cave has a strong flow by watching him. Amazing.
Jonathan, I'm sure that was extra difficult given you usually have two hands on that camera/light rig which would make trying to pull yourself along pretty awkward. Edd's amazing, his cave rescue stories are insane. Great episode!
That was awesome! I actually call Paul Heinerth Yoda and got him a little 3d printed line marker of the character 😅 I Love this episode! My friend and I did the chicken dance at chicken head rock once haha. JB is one of my favorite systems for sure! Can't wait to get full cave certified here in January! ☺️
Wow! The water was so clear that for a second I thought: wait, is this a dry cave and they're floating? Amazing shots, thank you for sharing these adventures with us non-divers 🫶🏻
This video was awesome...crystal clear water and video clarity...I really like the view from that safety stop with blue lights..swaying grass.,wowwww... simply surreal...amazing world beneath...!thanks for showing these amazing places...pls release part 2 and 3 and 4 and 5...soon... 😎☺️
Thank you for sharing your adventures with us. I must say that my claustrophobic tendencies really kick in when you go cave diving, in afraid I could never do this so it’s fun to watch you, I would panic and not be able to go in at all.😭😩😔I look forward to your next adventure. 👍🏻🎄🤶🏻☃️🎅🏼can’t wait for part 2👍🏻👏🏼😁👵🏻🇺🇸
@@BlueWorldTV To be able to meet and train with the best in history! You are a very, very lucky individual. Even though I'd feel honored to meet EITHER of you, I AM jealous of you and I'm not even a diver. Hell, I can't even swim!
Great seeing Edd here! Would also love to see collaboration with Mike Young and other great divers. Im not a diver myself but only recently come across channels like yours and Dive Talk. On another note, i laugh when you said you feel like youre a wounded sloth compared to Edd 😂 and when you said it said something about you that you like to squeeze through tight spaces 😂 anyways, great video as always! Production quality is A++++ and its always great to see some cave exploration! Be safe everyone!
I hope you can come to Australia soon to check out the amazing dive sites such as lady Elliot island. Thanks for all your inspiration and high energy in your video to keep me going through covid.
That's funny as hell, he said...." Edd Sorenson was my Dive Instructors instructor, and if my instructor was Obi-Wan Kenobi, then Edd would be Yoda "! Lmao. You gotta give it to Edd though, he is badass, when something goes wrong in cave diving and the best of the best can't get it done, then they call Edd Sorenson to get the job done! I would love to go diving with Edd!
I can remember rolling into town at 3 years old. My dad bought land out 231 and we lived in Evans trailer park for couple yrs then moved out to the land. It backed up to a cypress pond and next to that was a bar pit. That Baxter trucking hauled from. I found arrow heads just laying on the ground in that pit. I grew up there as a child and then moved to tally. Where my mom was from.
I’ve lived here in Marianna my whole life and I’ve never been down into those caves. When I was younger we heard so many stories about people who died in there because of improper training. But that didn’t stop us from swimming at the spring every summer ♥️ it’s a beautiful place. Thanks for giving it some credit! I wish I could have met you! I’m so fascinated by your content and have so many questions.
You werent laughing through tight sections of the cave. Large and slow going somehow? That means you were logically separated and know bubbles were signal emphasized,as much? I love your honesty separations☀
recently seen your 3d cave diving IMAX documentary in a museum, I seemed to recognize your style and sure enough it was made by Mr.Bird, awesome experience thanks for it and everything else :)
I go paddle boarding at merits mill pond all the time. The water is so clean and beautiful. They have schools of giant carp to keep the grass down and they will come up to your paddle board. Awesome place for water activities.
As I set on the other side of the screen yelling "Suck it in Jonathan, suck it in"....... lol..... Nice scenery boys. Have a great day...., Chris from Missouri
Amazing place ! Love seeing your north Florida videos ! I just dislike seeing the algae overgrowth and sparse SAVs (submerged aquatic vegetation). Florida is loving the springs to death. Over pumping, agriculture, and too much recreation are destroying these beautiful places and once they're gone you can't bring them back. I'd love to see a video of you diving with Jill Heinerth! Wish Wes Skiles or Sheck Exley was still around for you to dive with on your channel 💙
Wes was a friend and he is dearly missed. I wish I had met Sheck. I know Jill but we have not been diving together yet. We did an episode where we talked about what is happening with the Florida springs: ruclips.net/video/GaDGeNmmrCU/видео.html
Edd Sorenson is the real-life aquaman. Man swims like a fish, even through small high current passages, and makes it look so effortless! I don't swim that gracefully anywhere!

It was hard to see how fast it was on the way in, but wow watching them fly out gives you a much better idea of how fast that current is

@@DIVETALK Cool. That's about 147 cubic feet per second, which is a bit higher than average for that area.
I knew you guys would be right on top of this episode!!
Edd Sorensen!!!! The Legend, Balls of iron.
I think they might be tungsten.
I'll never be a cave diver, personal decision, but damn what an honor to just dive with Mr. Sorenson. I'm absolutely in awe of that man. His skill, his humility. He's a gift to humanity.
Change your mind yet?
Edd's perfection level trim and positioning will always be something I can watch for hours.
Not dived Jackson blue myself yet, but very much on the list for the future!
Incredible as a non diver myself just seeing the elegance and and almost zero lost energy in his Edd’s movements compared to anyone ive seen.
Ed Sorenson is a legend how amazing you got to dive with him. Love the show.
Wow that was amazing what an adventure to have. Ed is such a strong man who looks intimidating but any time I’ve seen him speak he’s always so willing to teach others and humble.
Edd is a wonderful guy. However, DO NOT arm wrestle him. 🤣

Wow . The sight of eel grass struggling to keep themselves upright in the current was a spectacular view . Superb as always Mr. Bird ❤❤ .

Technically the way Jonathan explained it, that would make Edd Qui Gon Jinn.
Perfect timing to end the day off before the work week :D
Beautiful photography and my chance to live vicariously through you. Subbed!
Welcome aboard!
Thank you for great content as usual! Watching now!
That is a beautiful shot on the way out of the light and eel grass.
That was awesome ! Congrats to all involved in making this video.
