ShartimusPrime Biography:
The ShartimusPrime RUclips Channel was launched in 2008, engaging audiences with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors. Videos are posted about 5 days a week, with almost every video including a stop motion segment with nice serving of punishment served to Marvel Legends Big-Time Let Down Spider-Man! While inspired by Transformers reviews, the channel actually became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. The channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and Transformers, Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, McFarlaneToys, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of approximately 4,000 videos. Aside from toy reviews, the channel also includes unboxing videos and the occasional documentary-style sketch video. Weekly “Hella Sick Figs” livestreams discussing the latest action figures are every Thursday; with co-host, SentryProductions! Almost all music featured on the Channel is written, recorded, and performed by ShartimusPrime.

Now we just need them to make an MTV Spider-Man fig. Highly unlikely though, hardly anyone remembers it compared to Unlimited. It’s like the middle child of Spidey cartoons.
I hope we get another version of this figure but with the shading.
This figure Just needs the same shell shading as Daredevil and this figure would be Badass
I actually would like Marvel Legends to do a Green Goblin figure from Spider-Man Unlimited because I actually like that alternate version of Green Goblin
wish it had the black cel shading / comic shading throughout the suit so it pops a little more tbh but i might get it anyways because it's a spidey show i grew up with
@Galatea_ZX fingers crossed they decide to re release it with the shading. Also a stealth version as well... they do love re releasing figures with slight differences
7:14 it was supposed to be a sequel to the Animated Series but it's no longer canon to that universe thanks to X-Men 97 and Across the Spider-Verse retconning both, so Spider-Man Unlimited is it's own separate universe
RUclips is full of so many “happy” people… Everything sucks, everything could’ve been done better. It’s so tiring, you don’t like. Don’t buy! This is a good figure, true to the 90’s TV show.
Someone with common sense
Spider-man Unlimited is the one i want the most. He looks great. I preordered the entire wave off Amazon. Be receiving it soon.
Drop down hips are the worst, I hope they don't use them again. All my no way home figures with the drop down hips have lost a leg. And I don't play with them. Even after warming them, it only took a few times of posing the legs
Now we need a Spectacular Spiderman!
It’ll use Spider-Man TAS as a shorthand, having flashbacks that are kinda like what happened in that show, and it used that show’s theme to hype you up, but Spider-Man Unlimited isn’t actually a sequel. Hell, those flashbacks have a bunch of differences to the Spidey TAS episodes, and I think Carnage had a totally different origin
It's a cool figure. I like it. However, I think the glossy red paint looks a little heavy handed. I think the red should have more of a mat finish.
I think those designs were reflective of the 90s "edge" everything was copying around the time.
honestly wasn't too impressed when they first announced this figure, but I saw it in target today and decided what the heck and bought it, and this figure suprised me. While it's not perfect I still enjoyed this figure a lot more than I thought I would.
Funny thing is, Spider man unlimited made a cameo in Guardians of the galaxy vol.3 and it was great. Granted i didnt like unlimited that much but i liked the idea of counter earth being in the mcu 😂🔥🔥🔥
This is such a Hasbro figure. The fact that they made all new tooling to replicate the outdated Sunfire mold is mind-boggling.
I saw this in person and the stomach stick out farther than the chest. It looks so bad!
Plus the head is too big and it needs black on the face.
I saw Robo used a marker for the shadowing and it looks soooo much better
This is something you didn’t expect to happen
They didn't apply the cel shading to the only figure that genuinely would looked solid with shading, also I was expecting this fig to have metallic red and blue paint
spiderman 2099 needs his own series or a new game
Counter-Earth was not in a different dimension. It is orbiting on the opposite side of the Sun from Earth. In the cartoon, they travel through a portal to save months.
Awesome review🔥🔥🔥🔥
Absolutely needed the shading. Thats what made the suit look so badass. Not picking up this figure.
I actually really love this piece, its such a unique design. I grew up with the show so I've learned to accept and embrace how dumb it can be. My hottest take would be that I actually think the Unlimited suit design is cooler than the 2099 look haha.
This figure sucks. Hasbro was too lazy to paint it accurately to how it looked in literally every other appearance.
Wait, what?! What was he supposed to look like?
It didn't had the dark shading of the animation model shartimusprime
This is the case when cell shading is part of the design, and it was worth doing it here. Not to mention that the figurine has very faded colors and an overly large head.@@ShartimusPrime
@@ReivanhistOh snap, well I don’t know if the paint is fading on mine, I thought it looked fine. I don’t like Hasbro past attempted at cel shading, so I prefer this over whatever sloppy mess would have been another cel shading attempt.
that's there plan so they can do a re-release in a year or 2 lol
im pretty sure spider-man unlimited was supposed to be a 2099 show but with the release and success of batman beyond they didn’t follow through cuz they didn’t want people thinking they copied beyond. idk someone correct me if I’m wrong.
I’m looking forward to get the figure. I enjoy the show the characters are good. The suit is awesome. I like the look of venom more than carnage.
Fun fact:the show was originally gonna be
But do to development stuff like people viewing it as a Batman beyond rip off(even though he 2099 came first)they made it what it is today
I not a fan of the cell shading hasbro has done in the past. However this is the one figure i think that should've had the cell shading. This suit is known for having the cell shading. It was needed on this. I like the colors, but it looks a little flat.
When Unllimited first aired, I made it through 3 episodes before I quit. I actually just watched all 13 episodes last month on D+ and it was not worth it. The show as garbage. It didn't even have a proper ending, it just leaves off in the middle of a fight.
The only episode I liked was one with a Kraven copy dude because Peter used his suit in an interesting manner.
Anyway, I bought this figure because I'm an idiot and I've got mixed feelings on it. I don't get why they made a new torso just to go and use the old style of crunch/waist swivel for him. Also, no web accessories sucks. The least they could have done was give him a swarm of nanites.
BTW, no, Unlimited is NOT the same Peter as the 94 toon.
Great vid shart 💯
This suit, the original suit, Tami suit, and the symbiote suit are the only Spider-Man suits I love. All the other fake fan fiction crap after, I cannot stand. I love the theme song to this show , and the suit wasn't bad, but the show itself was horrible. Nothing tops the 90s Animated Series. Wish Hasbro painted in the black shadows around the suit though.
I like the articulation and the show is a fever dream nonetheless the suit design is really cool and different imo HOWEVER the figure is missing the cel shading that we see in the show but i understand that in a lot of lighting this is what the suit would look like technically but it is not screen accurate since 90% of the show hes in a lot of dark areas with a lot of shading 😅
I honestly hate the drop down hips. I feel like they just get super loose over time. I ended up super gluing all my figures that have the drop down hips
Is the cape removable?
Hey shartimus prime your one of my favorite RUclipsrs of all time what is your favorite spider man movie of all time
Im not Shartimus, but mine's Siderman 2002, whats yours?
@ no way home
It's the knockoff 2099. They couldn't because of rights.
I thought it was because they didn’t want to seem like they were copying Batman beyond, and the rights issue was with classic spiderman characters and such
@McServers2000 nope it was a close replica to 2099. Suit made by Reed Richards, futuristic setting and so forth. They couldn't use the future timeline so they used a different earth instead. Not a different dimension.
No, you’re right. They couldn’t do classic Spider-Man stuff because of rights issues, which is why they didn’t go with their original idea of adapting the first 14 issues. They didn’t do 2099 because they thought it was too similar to Batman Beyond
Soft goods cape would have been better wired.
I think the white suit spider-Man 2099 body mode might be the perfect mode for Spider-Man unlimited because Ryan and Dan really mention spider-Man unlimited because it is a rip off of Spider-Man 2099 and that’s why the white Spider-Man 29 body mode is getting reused of the Spider-Man unlimited
I'm adding this Spidy to my Spiderverse shelf, and I'm so glad it doesn't have terrable cell shading, so he fits in.
i doesn't even look any different to all the other legends spidey, it doesn't look like a cartoon version or animated, it just looks like another repaint.......get this garbage out of here.
