Saw perfect circle 3x now (TOOL like 4)...... I think Maynards voice was insanely great in the late 00's to mid 2010's.. Still GREAT on both ends but he really challenged himself during these years.

This is one of the best concerts ever, by anyone! Embarrassingly, I never listened to A Perfect Circle before 2023. I've been a Tool fan since 2000, but was ignorant to A Perfect Circle. Billy Howerdel is amazing! This band is stacked with talent. I pray I can see A Perfect Circle in person someday. 🙏

I saw this same set live standing in the front row in front of Billy and he threw my roommate and I some picks. His stage presence and musical sensitivity gave me chills and some of those harmonies with Maynard make me tear up hearing them in this video. Just an insane musical experience.

Such an overwhelmingly powerful performance. I believe Maynard wrote the Thirteenth Step for Layne. He cared about Layne and just couldn't understand why such a talented man would choose to go out like this? Maynard has never been an addict and doesn't understand addiction. I like to think he's singing these songs to Layne. His way of dealing with the loss of his dear friend. ❤
