    𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    * Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 Cup
    * Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Asafoetida (हिंग) - Some
    * Carom Seed (अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा)
    * Oil (तेल)
    * Water (पानी) - As Required
    * Water (पानी) - For Boiling
    * Oil (तेल) - For Frying
    * Onions (प्याज) - 2
    * Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2
    * Garlic (लहसुन) - 4-5
    * Ginger (अदरक)
    * Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) 8-9
    * Oil (तेल) - For Frying
    * Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
    * Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - Some
    * Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Black Salt (काला नमक) - Some
    * Curd (दही) - 250 Gram
    * Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Fenugreek Leaves(कसुरी मेथी) - Some
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Tbsp
    * Boil Potato (उबालें आलू) - 4
    * Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - Some
    * Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - Some
    * Cumin Powder(जीरा पाउडर) - Some
    * Coriander Leaves (धनिया) - Some
    𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐲, keep the pan on the flame & put some Oil, roughly chopped Onion & Garlic & sauté them well. Then transfer it in the mixing jar, put Green Chilli & grind well. Keep the pan for heating, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Salt & Onion Paste. Cook untill oil release. Then put Curd & cook well. Then put Fenugreek Leaves & Sugar, mashed Potato & mash with the masher by adding some Water. Then divide the Gravy into two portion.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞 𝐊𝐢 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐳𝐢,Take a bowl & put Gram Flour by sieving it. Then put Turmeric Powder, Salt, crushed Red Chilli, Hing Powder, Carom Seeds & Oil. Bind the semi soft dough by adding Water gradually. Then divide the dough into two parts & spread it. Then roll it with the help of spatula as shown in the recipe. Put the rolls in the hot Water & boil them for 8-10 mins, and then take out them, let the rolls for cooling down, and cut them into pieces and fry all the Gattas.
    In the remaining gravy put fried Gatta, cover & cook for 5 minutes. Then transfer on a serving dish. Garnish with Paneer & Coriander Leaves & serve it. In this way, Hotel style sabzi will get ready.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐳𝐢, take some Capsicum, wash & remove their stems. Then steam them for 5 minutes & take them out on a plate. Take boiled Potato & put Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, dried Mango Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Salt & Coriander Leaves & mix well. Then take fried Capsicum & fill the filling. Take remaining gravy & put stuffed Capsicum & cover & cook for 5 minutes.
    Transfer on a serving dish & garnish with Paneer & Coriander Leaves & serve it. In this way, Hotel style sabzi will get ready.
