    𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠:
    * White peas (सफेद मटर) - 1 bowl
    * Salt (नमक)
    * Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 2 pinch
    * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
    * Water (पानी)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡:
    * All Purpose Flour (मैदा)
    * Salt (नमक)
    * Carom Seed (अजवाइन)
    * Oil (तेल)
    * Water (पानी)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚:
    * Oil (तेल) - 1 Tbsp
    * Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 1 Tsp
    * Coriander Seeds (धनिया) - 1 Tsp
    * Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 2 Tsp
    * Asafoetida (हिंग) - Some
    * Salt (नमक) - 1Tsp
    * Black salt (काला नमक) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
    * Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
    * Garam masala (गरम मसाला) - 1 Tsp
    * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Dried Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - Some
    * Water (पानी) - Some
    * Potato (आलू) - 1 Kg
    * Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭:
    * Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Black salt (काला नमक) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 Tsp
    * Cumin Powdder (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
    * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 1-2
    * Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती)
    * Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
    * Ginger (अदरक)
    * Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
    * Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
    * Red Chutney (लाल चटनी)
    * Ghee (घी)
    * Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - Some
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐚:
    * Prepared Dough( तैयार किया हुआ आटा)
    * Prepared Filling, (तैयार किया हुआ मिश्रण)
    * Oil (तलने के लिए तेल) - For Frying
    𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭, take some White Peas & soak them overnight. Then transfer them into a cooker, add some Salt, Turmeric Powder & Baking Soda. Cover the lid & give it 2 whistles & release the pressure. Take a mixing jar & put some spices like Coriander Powder, Mango Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Black Salt & Chat Masala. Grind & take it out on a plate & keep aside.
    Keep the pan on the flame & boiled Chhole & ground Masala, Green Chutney, Sweet Chutney & give it a fine boil. Then garnish with long chopped Ginger, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice, ground Masala & Hot Ghee/Oil.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Fennel Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds and Asafoetida & saute all well. Then put Salt, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Crushed Red Chilli, Garam Masala, Turmeric Powder & Fenugreek Leaves in it. Roast it for 2-3 mins then put some Water, boiled and mashed Potatoes. Mix it well, put some Coriander Leaves then turn off the flame and keep the filling for cooling down.
    𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, take a bowl, put some All-Purpose Flour, Salt, Carom Seeds, Oil and bind the dough by adding Lukewarm Water. Cover it and keep it for 15-20 mins. Then make dough balls roll them long. Dip a knife in water and cut the rolled dough into 2 parts.
    Apply some water on the edges and make a cone shape of it. Put some filling in it and again apply some Water on the edges and cover it properly and the Samosa will get ready. In the same way, make all the Samosas and fry them in the oil on medium flame.
    Serve the very tasty & crispy Samosas with Ragda Chat, some Chutneys & Curd & enjoy it.
