Hey, you took a complex study and made it reasonably understandable. Time to replace the fast MA (Tenkan) with conversion line and the slow MA (Kijun) with reference line. Just for normalizing language and simplifying nomenclature. Well done! You mention time frames you use. How about 'tick' charts (provided Metastock can deal with 'tick' which I discovered too late Trading View cannot.

no its not true ..it wont happen always ....if you see a cloud on a lower time frame then might be

just a matter of fast, medium, slow moving indicator pattern, but not advance patern to tell what exactly happens ahead. It'$ still a pure game of probability. Tnx for the explanation anyway
its not that complicated
I happen to speak Japanese so this is all really weird. 転換線 tenkan-sen means "change line" and 基準線 kijun-sen means "base line."
