Hello chef, I'm behind on my videos/tutorials. These peaches look delicious. I haven't gotten any fresh peaches from my local farmers market this summer. I saw some beautiful ones a man had on his truck, but I could not stop then. I was told he is there on certain days with peaches and watermelons. I could eat that entire quart jar of peaches. We used to pick 🍑 peaches in Sodus, Michigan, in the 1960's. The fresher, the better. They didn't last long at the house.
