Its good to have the perspective of someone who has been natural their entire lives. I went back to using hair grease...yes, hair greeeaassee. Those oils and butters will not keep my hair moisturized. Thank you for your simplicity. Its refreshing.
Girrrrl yes all those products our mother's used are the way to go. When I started using products and techniques that are now popular my hair started breaking off. Thank you for watching 💛
Giiiiiiiirl thank you!!!👌 when I did the big chip two years ago I made up in my mind I will not follow trends, and you have to me consistent with your hair care.
My mom doesn’t have curly hair, and my dad who never grew his hair past an inch didn’t know how to deal with my texture either. To reference that damn curl chart I hate lol I’m somewhere between 3C and 4A closer to the 4 tightness but it acts like a 3C when wet. My dad taught me to braid my hair and my mom only washed it, left conditioner in, slicked my hair WAAAAAAAAAYYY back with garnier frutis moose and in my ponytail she slicked each curl with moose and that was it off to school. All of course until she got tired of doing that every morning and got my hair relaxed
First off...I love your hair, your curls are gorgeous and kudos for being natural all your life. I started my natural hair journey in like 2002. I've tried some things/products that worked for others, but didn't quite work for me 🙃...lessons learned of course, it's really all about finding what works for your own hair texture. I would like to know more about the products you use on your hair.
Excellent Video ❤️❤️❤️ you are right. that's how and why my aunt B had long hair. all of her siblings to. blue magic and something else there's another grease. Indian hemp i think. I can't find it.
Salutations... I love your approach on natural hair, I think it’s important for all races to have a lucid understanding on the importance of having and retaining natural hair. I know you did not want to discuss what products to use but can you make a video on what you’d recommend for those who want to start out?
