I urge everyone to take time to listen to Ed's description of Fabric Connect's multicast capabilities. It really works - better than anything else in the industry! Before I retired, I had the privilege to design and install a Fabric Connect network in a large casino supporting over 8000 IP Multicast-based surveillance cameras (among many others). It was able to converge faster than anything, and was (and is) extremely stable. Great discussion, Ed, and a fantastic technology!

Great Video! One quick question, what mechanism is used for C or D to advertise the Join or Leave to A and B? Is it via ISIS with another TLV? Thanks!

It's a completely different technology from Cisco campus fabric solution by vxlan and bgp evpn.
