Almost ready! Created Notification System And Settings Window [ TAURI + VUE 3 + RUST ]

In the final stretch of completion of my To Do List application, I will soon release the alpha version on Gumroad for anyone who wants to test it.
Now doing tests, refining the interface and fixing some bugs to release the first version.
