Making Parts For Cheap Amazon Furniture

Amazon is at it again; this time refusing to help us with missing parts from our daughters' beds...I mean, everyone has access to hundreds of dollars in tools and materials to just replace this stuff... right? Amazon's customer service, by the way, is nearing extinction.
