You keep talking about Buick torque. Do you know about thr famous 1970 GS Stage 1 vs. 1970 GTX Hemi match race from Dec. 1984? The most famous of ALL magazine musclecar shootouts. ... Larry Rose
I have that exact same car sitting in my driveway here in Texas. It was originally sold from Orano Buick in Dallas in December 1969. Mine has factory air, power window, power seats, tilt wheel, Am/FM factory radio. I added Wilwood disk brakes, and a gear vendor to tame down the rear end to make it more pleasurable to drive on the highway, as well as save that expensive premium gas. When I was in high school, we had red light to red light races on Forrest Lane in Dallas. It was twenty bucks a run. That was big bucks back then. When I graduated from high school, gas was 16.9 cents per gallon. I had a new 1969 Chevelle that was pretty fast; however, when the occasional Buick GS showed up, they took the money home almost every time. I probably handed over some cash to the original owner of my Buick, back in he day, lol. We both have head turners on that car.
@@VoloMuseumAutoSales Your videos are magnificent, so you are welcome, I look for your videos daily but also go back more than five years, even if they are sold, I Immensely enjoy them. I want to come to visit Volomuseumautosales & purchase some cars, as soon as I can.
From the batcave, comes this awsome buick, colour, burning red ivanhoe thanks Jay grams president of volo cars and russel for perfect photografy from Tom 😊😊😊
Very nice car Jay, yeah that's a rare one. Great color combo. love the scratch in 2nd Mike. Those Stage 1 motors I think have the most torque of the GM cars.

Nice Buick GS! You know what they say! The top goes down, the price goes up, especially in re-sale red! My guesstimate 89k
Gee, we never heard that before!
"The door shuts like a new car"?! Oh trust me Jay, that Buick is 1,000 times better than a new car!!!
Maybe we'll use that line in our next video. 🤔
@@VoloMuseumAutoSales Sounds good!!
Beautiful Buick GS 455 Muscle. Good price for that restoration and #s matching condition. Very tempting.
One of the sleeper cars They held there own
Another superb example. Volvo acquires many very nice cars.
Kinda resembles an Olds 442! Ram Air Scoops! 😊😯❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️
The Olds RamAir was set up got more air as the receptacles faced forward. Those W-30s were right there as a torque monster.
For a 70’s car it doesn’t get much better

Yeah, ask Roy Badie in Round 1. He had the 4.10 geared 1970 GTX Hemi vs 1970 GS Stage 1 back in 1984.
BEAUTIFUL BUICK 💪
Pretty and pricey !
I miss the video segments. Easier to get to your favorite parts!
