I didn't understood the contradictory statement of Tenant earlier in the show he said he would like to continue staying on Rent as he does not want additional liability of paying EMIs and he prefers South Mumbai but at the end he says he has purchased an apartment in Borivali and is going to move there😊

The guy in video said right he means that liability means he doesn't want to burden himself by paying EMI side by that's he save his money many years & when he felt that now I've saved enough to buy home that's when he bought home that's perfect plan i think 😊

So the true story would be that South Bombay may be too expensive for him to move there and at the same time, he mentioned his mother didnt want to move out of Kandivali and thus he may have been pushed by his family to buy a flat instead of renting. In future, he may have a potential plan to move to South Bombay.

Knew Jinesh (and heard a lot about his "Mummy") when he worked in Bangalore. Great to see him again after so many years. Good luck, Jinesh, with your new home and business!

So I realised one thing by watching this show that
Indian parents literally sacrifice everything just for there kids
Many people move from small to big house tho it's costly cause they don't want there kids to sacrifice what they did
And I think this sanskar and sacrifice nature of our indian parents sets us upart from other world ...👌

Wise decision to buy his own house....
Every family man should have his own permanent house, which is called home...
The home 🏡 is where the heart is.. ❤️
