Olive oil is full of nutrients and helps you loose weight. And the wheat in the bread and pasta has 11% protein. Compared to rice that has only 4,4% protein. So already by changing your rice with wheat (bread, pasta) you’re eating more protein and less carbs.
Just did this. A simple recipe without tomatoes. it's so delicious and brilliant. crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. my favorite bread from now on! amazing, just like you.

Yes, for these things maybe they would be better off putting a written recipe with the right dosage. It's not like, just to give an example, making spaghetti carbonara or some other dish like that, where all one has to do is look at the video and one already knows what to do.

My background is Italian, and it’s been incredibly difficult giving up bread and pasta. I feel like I’m mourning a loss in a way. I live vicariously through The Pasta Queen. 😂

Yes, keto bread l am not giving up on finding the receipe that gets fluffy as it can to look like a regular berad This is mine 3rd year on keto, lm most satisfied on all the aspects of the diet: energy, clear mind and overall light feeling in body, weight loss, health improving. And l was on and off of keto during the 3 years, now lm quite easy going into ketosis, as my body is entering the fat fueling very fast, as it learned through time But when lm off, lm really off from the diet 🤣
I am on an anti Candida diet. No carbs and sugar at all….for the moment. ! But I keep watching this channel because It is entertaining and love her kitchen and personality. When I am done with Candida I will have my pasta again! I can live without cakes and sugar! 😅

The best focaccia I ever had was in Puglia. Mamma Mia, it was almost rubbery and crunchy at the same time. The bread didn’t make crumbs, the crumbs almost glued to eachother and were very moist and strong. Just crazy good, Foccia Pugliese is by far the best

Un altro l'avrebbe chiamato pizza, ignorando che la pizza é un'altra cosa. Ad ogni modo quando la preparo a casa, la faccio lievitare 24 ore usando appena 3 gr di lievito con 500 gr di farina integrale. 3 teglie circa, non molto doppia e croccante. Comunque complimenti per il format. Fa vedere a questi cosa significa cucina 🇮🇹
