Now let me be clear, I'm not a professional auto electric technician, I’m just a passionate car enthusiast tryna share my knowledge and experience with others who may find this video helpful! If you have any advice or tips, let me know in the common section. Thanks!
Great job Jesse! Very similar to what I did to have an electric cooling fan on my XJ40. You can put a relay between the "acc" wire of the radio and gnd, then use the contact to interrupt your temperature switch. Then, no switch to worry about, it's all automatic! If you have the electrical plan of the car, you may be able to find a "12v ignition switched power" from somewhere under the hood too.
Im electrician and your doing great but if you but the relay in a box and isolate the wiring to protect it from the rain and dust it would have been better but good work 👍🏼

Whats happenin!
So no problems when rain water and car wash soap hits that fan motor?
Fans are water proof and motor is sealed. I haven’t had issues since installation.
Could use 12V switch power from the ignition instead of the battery. Might work?
Via a relay, yes.
