I’m so happy I found this message. I had the worst anxiety attack last week. It was the scariest thing ever. I was on the way to pick my son up from daycare like I do everyday, but for some reason on that day I felt sooo anxious. It was a build up of things that have been happening in my life. My heart starting racing, I felt like I couldn’t breathe , like I was about to pass out.. even thinking about it I start to get shaky again, but GOD! I’m so thankful he has reassured me over and over of his presence. I’m so thankful the Lord is near to me. I need him so much.

This was an excellent message. The adversary works hard to defeat us but I really like that you refer to God as your breath, because we know that we owe each breath to God, and it also helps us be aware of his comforting presence.

Amen this might be one of the most powerful messages I’ve heard I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety for the long I have no one else in my corner no family or nothing my my career is big I’m not bragging but one thing I got out this message is when I feel far from god that’s when he’s the closest and he is the only one I need in my corner to be successful and live a fruitful life and a life of balance put the kingdom of god first and everything else will be handed onto you sometimes I get overwhelmed with life I don’t think about god nor his teachings but I thank god for giving me enough strength like I prayed for to just come to him I relies the prayer I prayed 6 months ago was answered right away but it was temporary I now also relies what he gives is everlasting. Amen

For 2 straight days I was having extreme anxiety to the point where I was focusing on my breathing and the more I focused the harder it was for me to breathe. So for 2 days I was breathing “manually” which we were not created to do. We even take for granted the fact that God has made us to just breathe naturally. He’s taken that burden off of us. The Lord is my breath and all of our breaths. I always need God with me, even to breathe.

I have.heard thos message before, but hearing it again in this season of my life now...Wow. What a good reminder! My daughter will be going to bootcamp & deploying soon, & I am pre-missing her. I know she'll do good, but the fact of missing her in the present is keeping me from life now. Thank you Pastor Craig, & Life Church...I needed this message again.
She will be ok, my niece just came back from London a couple weeks ago, she was gone for 2 years, she was a firefighter over there, that’s what she did for work, but if your daughter is anything like my niece, she is strong resilient and independent she will do great!! And also say that one pray it kind of fits for you but the serinty pray, listen to those words, grant me the serenity to except the things I can not change, the courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to no the difference!! It might help!!

Craig, thanks for the great and timely message. Just a thought to share with you- you mentioned mold in your house. Consider reviewing whether that has caused physiological anxiety. It’s a symptom of mold. But of course this is only an idea and you must assess it all. :)
