    Great repair, gets the job done. A soft top is honestly one of the reasons I chose my suzuki cappuccino instead. Can't beat the hard top.

    A modern bike puncture repair kit would probably work on small to medium holes... but I haven't tried it... john

    In the long run it's best to replace the top if you can especially for resale sake.

      I agree! In my case it’s a forever car that will one day be tracked, so cheap fixes for now are the go to

    Just thinking, would a fine fishing line be better. Then apply the vinyl and sand back lightly to have a smooth finish. Then apply the paint ?

      My theory is that the instant vinyl seeps into the threads and reinforces patch. It would be interesting to see how fishing line would work.
