The dam of Castelo do Bode

The dam of Castelo do Bode is one of the most important and largest Portuguese dams. It extends over 60 km between the municipalities of Tomar, Abrantes and Sardoal Ferreira do Zêzere.
Surrounded by lush vegetation in the pine forest is predominant, the reservoir offers excellent conditions for water sports or simply for leisure in contact with nature.
