11:23 NGL While this version is no Superdog, this may be my favourite Krypto in live action. Not only Golden Retriever is my favourite breed of dogs, but the simplistic story of how Krypto was used in this epilogue is quite beautiful
This is one of the best endings ever made for the show of superman and lois, the ending is soo great, For me Tyler Hoechin is one of the best superman live action ever made, hes my favorioute.
NGL, during the Clark voice over stuff. I am surprised no tears escaped my eyes. I could feel them there, in the eyelids, but somehow managed to keep them back. I am sure when I do a rewatch today or tomorrow, without the pressure of a camera on me, it will hit me more. I never thought a series with the lead characters dying in the end would be so well done.
I liked that even though we saw other actors play grown-up twins (which made sense, aging up Alex and Michael would have looked too goofy), the last scene of the twins was Alex and Michael. I also liked that even though Dylan Walsh couldn't appear, Sam Lane's presence was briefly felt.
David Giuntoli, Bitsie's husband, did indeed play grown-up Jon. Apparently the showrunners thought it would be fun to include him, and there was an argument (good-natured) between the boys on who he would play, but in the end it was settled that David looked more like Michael Bishop. Michael also has a particular walk that David was able to pick up on when he directed Michael for 4x03.
I think it did end wonderfully, death is apart of every life and acceptance of death doesn’t always have to be incredibly sad. You want to feel the way he did when you look back on your life. Joy, Hope, Wonder, friends, family and, love. It’s a beautiful reminder to us to be thankful for each and every day and everyone in our lives.
This is how you do a series finale, finish all storylines to a satisfying conclusion & then wrap up the characters, this entire series has been a 10/10 for me as a lifelong Superman fan, these writers understand who Superman is to his core & what he stands for, Tyler & Elizabeth have become my favorite Superman & Lois & I don’t know if that’ll ever change. I look at this series as 4 excellent Superman movies that I will go back & relive again & again. To everybody involved… thank you 🙏
This was the greatest iteration of Superman ever. The characters were all treated with respect and dignity which kept the show grounded. This showed that Superman even as he lost his superpowers remained the hero we all love. He truly stands for truth, justice, and a better tomorrow. Now he gets his eternal reward with Lois. Well done.
This show did things with the characters that had never been done before. IMO this was the best superhero show ever. I've been a Superman fan since the early to mid 70s, and to me; Tyler was my favorite Superman and Clark. I am really going to miss this show.
I really enjoyed this episode especially the Superman versus Lex fight and Doomsday being killed off but the way this show ended. I feel like they need to do a spinoff sequel about Superman sons.
I honestly would say that even though it's Arrowverse adjacent. Out of all of the shows. That Superman and Lois series finale is far and away my favourite. With how miniscule the flaws are of this episode. It's the most fulfilled I've felt at the conclusion of a series.
This finale was so beautifully done, this will be one of my favorite shows for the rest of my life. One thing I will say about this finale is that it’s taught me to appreciate both of my parents as I know they won’t live forever
I Cried During The Last Couple Of Minutes When They Did The Flash Forward When We Saw Adult Jordan And Johnathan. 😢 and when Lois had the cancer made me break down in tears.
When they teased superman shouting "All this ends...RIGHT NOW!" like in the teaser and the episode also, I though after that punch and showing the suit disintegrate, it will cut to black and show 1 year later to shock the audience. That wouldve been better lol. People might even wonder if luthor died, but they can clarify later
I cried my eyes and heart out throughout the whole entire episode, and again I just silent sobbed while watching your video, especially when it came to Bizarro, and also when both Lois and Clark passed away 😭💔😭💔😭
Tyler Hoechlin don't made me crazy as Superman, ma the humanity he gave to the character will remain in the story of the Superman. The God became a man❤❤❤❤❤❤
Man it felt like Clark was in heaven and everyone was there waiting for him to arrive, even his enemy who he forgave. This show just nailed the finale perfectly. A lot of shows mess that up, this one didn’t
This show and arrow hands down probably had the most emotional endings. It all started with a hero fighting to protect his home and family. It ended with a hero protecting his home and family. 😢
We got the proper battle between Superman and Lex Luthor as well as the live-action Super-Family. According to the showrunners, they would've explored both Brainiac and Darkseid if they gotten more seasons.
I really had hoped that some secret information would be revealed at the last minute that the series would be continued on another platform but no dice.... I did not expect them to jump forward like they did in the epilogue....the direction they went in was unexpected but holy shit, what a great ride.
It just dawned on me that this is the end of the entire CW superhero run. It started with Superman in Smallville and now it concludes with Superman in Superman & Lois. What a way to end both the show and the CW itself.
Well i guess i was right about doomsdays end 95% of it.. first he had to die of course but end result was sun indeed... mentioned it on previous reaction video. Overall show was good and it is sad to let it go really.
RIP Arrowverse and to essentially network TV superhero shows. Streaming doesn't count as television to me, since I would have to pay to watch their shows.
I wanna watch this finale more the the Flash from last years disaster season 9 finale when they never focus on the main character he was barely absent with the supporting cast that stole the show more in this final season they focus on everything which I loved and this will be my top dc shows
Damn they even do old age make up better than everything before it There were 20 years between Smallville’s beginning and Superman and Lois’s beginning This show took all the lessons of those years and produced the best of this era in every possible way
it sucks that the entire arrowverse is done they said they probably would have done the real brainiac and darkseid by the time the show ended and just to let you know jordan that was sarah and candace that married the brotherss in the future they just got new actresses to play the parts like they did for jordan and jonathan the reason i know is i go on this site that is dedicated solely on the arrowverse shows and it saids it on there characters bio and they have some kind of insider information please let me know what you think
I think you are wrong about Jordan and Sarah. I think at the end when they showed the boys aged up and Married With Children (LOL) I think that Jordan's wife was Sarah.
Soooooo bot sure what you were watching. But its 150% implied Jon and Jordan end up with Sarah and Candace. Same hair, etc Nothing said otherwise. Not sure how you coul compite that Jon would be with anyone else after episode 8.
Thank you so much chainsaw for all your reactions not only to this show, but to everything in the cw's dc run. This has given me so many emotions and feelings with your reactions, and I'm extremely grateful that you are seeing the beautiful ending that is Superman and Lois. It did go by so fast, all these shows, and such a super ending! 🦸♂
Yes I couldn’t stop myself from crying…
If u ask me ur not human if u didn’t cry. It was unbelievable but fitting ending
Best final season; not the flash.
Can't even blame you man
You were not the only one that cried, we all cried
Yep. Like a baby..
I know I did!
This is my third time seeing it and I am crying for the third time
we all crode*****
5:40 At least Bizarro can finally rest in peace
11:23 NGL While this version is no Superdog, this may be my favourite Krypto in live action. Not only Golden Retriever is my favourite breed of dogs, but the simplistic story of how Krypto was used in this epilogue is quite beautiful
Man, up there Christopher is smilling with Tyler's Superman
Jesus fuck , that ending man couldn’t stop crying lol , this whole show just so great. Writing, acting everything
💯

This show is a masterpiece!

Loved this finale and loved this show. Long Live Superman & Lois and The DCTV Universe On The CW. 😢❤ End Of A Era.
I wish he had seen his four parents and Tal-Ro in that scene...
10:10 Now imagine Kara, Conner, and maybe even Tal flying alongside the Superman Family
I'd be up for a manip of this that included Tal, Kara and maybe even Bizarro-Superman.
David Giuntoli, Bitsie's husband, did indeed play grown-up Jon. If you didn’t feel anything at the ending, you are not human. That was truly heartbreaking but done beautifully
Subbed from this reaction. My wife and I also reacted to this show and this ending broke me.

Such a phenomenal ending

Anyone who watched this series knows the writers are fans of the Superman comics. It's written throughout the series, it's in the heart of the series.
This finale was so beautifully done, this will be one of my favorite shows for the rest of my life. One thing I will say about this finale is that it’s taught me to appreciate both of my parents as I know they won’t live forever
I have watched this episode twice along with four other reactions and have so far cried six times. Damn this show gets to me.
I Cried During The Last Couple Of Minutes When They Did The Flash Forward When We Saw Adult Jordan And Johnathan. 😢 and when Lois had the cancer made me break down in tears.
I really hope the next shows live up to the same hype
When they teased superman shouting "All this ends...RIGHT NOW!" like in the teaser and the episode also,

bizarro just wanted his pain to finally end...im happy he just talked it out in the end
Man it felt like Clark was in heaven and everyone was there waiting for him to arrive, even his enemy who he forgave. This show just nailed the finale perfectly. A lot of shows mess that up, this one didn’t

I couldn’t stop crying. So good
Loved seeing you get emotional at the end there 🥺
Heartbroken 💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😔😔
We all cried😢
Superman and Lois ❤
Wow what a ending
Yes, the final episode was very emotional. I hope this series doesn't end the world of DC series.
We got the proper battle between Superman and Lex Luthor as well as the live-action Super-Family.
According to the showrunners, they would've explored both Brainiac and Darkseid if they gotten more seasons.
I was initially confused as to why Lois was officiating John and Lana's wedding
I loved the ending. I expected kal to give Clark his heart so he could be super again.
I really had hoped that some secret information would be revealed at the last minute that the series would be continued on another platform but no dice.... I did not expect them to jump forward like they did in the epilogue....the direction they went in was unexpected but holy shit, what a great ride.
Finally got to see Jordan and Sara back together again. Great episode.
As the Flash once said, "Let's do this, one last time."
Dope title. At first I thought it meant the show went by so fast or a random talking about Superman whizzing by. But no it's life.
Not the only one chainsaw this was awesome 😢
It was just a beautiful way to end the series. It deserves many more seasons
He wore the red shirt in both pilot and finale.
It just dawned on me that this is the end of the entire CW superhero run. It started with Superman in Smallville and now it concludes with Superman in Superman & Lois. What a way to end both the show and the CW itself.
i full on ugly cried during this ending.
Everyone cried...tyler best superman
Well i guess i was right about doomsdays end 95% of it.. first he had to die of course but end result was sun indeed... mentioned it on previous reaction video. Overall show was good and it is sad to let it go really.
RIP Arrowverse and to essentially network TV superhero shows. Streaming doesn't count as television to me, since I would have to pay to watch their shows.
Don't be sad because it ended be happy it happened
So sad that it’s over. The final episode completely tore me apart
Same!
I wanna watch this finale more the the Flash from last years disaster season 9 finale when they never focus on the main character he was barely absent with the supporting cast that stole the show more in this final season they focus on everything which I loved and this will be my top dc shows
This ending hurt in all the right ways😭
Amazing writing.. ❤❤❤
They didn't bring Mateo back for Natalie and them having kids etc. but it was well done anyway.
I feel u bro
I can’t believe it’s over
Same here
Eventually clark forgives Lex in their afterlife
They did stick the landing.
Damn they even do old age make up better than everything before it
There were 20 years between Smallville’s beginning and Superman and Lois’s beginning
This show took all the lessons of those years and produced the best of this era in every possible way
Indeed
Wish you showed the scene of Clark and Lois visiting manhiem in prison . I really wish they brought supergirl
“Why won’t you die” well lex did kinda kill Clark eventually…unfortunately
It started with Oliver Queen, and it ends with Clark and Lois
You should watch beware the Batman it’s an underrated show
End too soon 😭😭😭
lois is definitely the best character in the show.
Indeed
I want krypto series now
Una obra maestra de escritura
it sucks that the entire arrowverse is done they said they probably would have done the real brainiac and darkseid by the time the show ended and just to let you know jordan that was sarah and candace that married the brotherss in the future they just got new actresses to play the parts like they did for jordan and jonathan the reason i know is i go on this site that is dedicated solely on the arrowverse shows and it saids it on there characters bio and they have some kind of insider information please let me know what you think
I think you are wrong about Jordan and Sarah. I think at the end when they showed the boys aged up and Married With Children (LOL) I think that Jordan's wife was Sarah.
Isn't that the dress Lois wore on their first date?
Lana and John Henry are together in the comics that’s probably why they did that
I see.
😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Yep. Jonathan marries his girlfriend. Watch that little part again. You will see it's her.
It's supposed to be on the CW website/app today I do not see it
That sucks!
@ Yeah I don’t use cable it says it should be available today
@@ChainsawReacts I see it now!
Soooooo bot sure what you were watching. But its 150% implied Jon and Jordan end up with Sarah and Candace.
Same hair, etc
Nothing said otherwise. Not sure how you coul compite that Jon would be with anyone else after episode 8.
Wish you showed the scene of Clark and Lois visiting manhiem in prison
To me and i think for many others season 2 was weakest season of the series, because of the weak villain(Ally) and this horrible storyline with Lucy
I cried again after watching your review.
Im sad but it was amazing series.
Thank you so much chainsaw for all your reactions not only to this show, but to everything in the cw's dc run. This has given me so many emotions and feelings with your reactions, and I'm extremely grateful that you are seeing the beautiful ending that is Superman and Lois.
