my average screen time a day is like 7hrs but i feel even that it way too much so im definitely going to try to limit my social media consumption, you’ve inspired me!
the time crunch is insane!!! after this challenge id def say using it for apple maps in a car would def be optimal even if it increase screen-time at least it was for productivity!!
If someone else is struggling also with the "putting my phone away" (I would literally stop everything I was doing to get my phone even if it was in other floor) I bought a phone jail and it was the solution I needed, maybe it can help you too

I tried a number of things like: - Putting my phone on 'Do not Disturb'. This helped so much so that I wouldn't keep checking my phone and I wouldn't get distracted by notifications. - Keeping my phone in a different room or in a different area of the room (so that I wouldn't see it and be reminded that I could go on it). - Keeping myself busy and always setting a goal for what I wanted to accomplish at that moment (so I wouldn't get distracted and go on my phone). I hope some of these help! :)
