Jeez, I 1st heard & bought Larry "Mr 335 live in Japan, about 38 years ago, & it still sound fresh & brilliant, but JUST this track, i played it on a loop about 80/90 times, i wanted to hear where the guitar stops, & the piano starts, before he brings it back to the song, he takes it as far away as he can, but still brings it back, its just genius.
The kid on bass is Larry's son and he is absolutely masterful, takes after pop. Bass solos are boring, right? Not with this SOB. Really dynamic and ...funky. Solid. rb ~,~
