@@OutdoorsCBR unsure about Simon walking around with the GoPro filming while everyone’s vehicles were taking in water though. It caught a few of you out that crossing, that’s one for the memory bank if I ever go that way! 👍🏼
Thats a great one boys , what a fantastic area to check out. you guys have the perfect mix of 4wding, camping , scenary shots, history and of course some great banter. its always a pleasure to watch. Cheers shad
Great work as always fellas. You got a really good thing going on there. I went through that way south to north a while back. Crossing sure has changed.
@@OutdoorsCBR Would've been a few years ago, before the fires even. River crossing at Postman's camp very easy as I recall. 6 Mile campground much prettier then too. It'll be quite a few years to fully recover.
@@wasbruce no doubt about the crossing, I've been through without a hassle many times too... all the rain I think has filled it with silt or something, the sand was very very soft.
Thanks, giving mine a massive once over now before we leave for the west. No doubt about it when you start using them the maintenance increases so much.
@@simonarthur2056 happened to me in Litchfield NT. Got stuck in the back-creek. Water got sucked in through the seal between the rear diff and tail Shaft but had spares and oil ,the rear does all the work not the front. Happy travels 👍☺️
Great to see and Thank You for sharing Simmo. The post bush fire - regrowth, is something else! Regards Johno
Hopefully the weedy stuff dies out and allows the rest to grow.
pleasure JB, keep an eye out for the next video, you'll see razorback and a heap of torched country..

nice drives near Postmans. Love to get the measurements for the home-made drop-down fridge slide!!

Thinking about going down to postman’s track campground for my birthday this weekend. Is there any booking fee? Cheers
Pretty sure it's just the $6 booking fee through national parks website. Search postmans campground.
Simmo giving away those stubbie coolers 🤦♂️😅
Freebies all around!!! We're all out now too 🤔

Lol...the guy in the beginning at 2:30 that was rolling up the awning inwards....
Never done it the other way. Does it make a difference?

Bloody unreal, nobody has noticed the glow in the background around the camp fire...
