I just order a replacement CD of this concert; as my last one was stolen a few years back. Living in the US, I had to order one from Germany. Expensive, but so worth it! As a fan, I also bought ICON and The Last Concert off of iTunes. I wish Dead & Alive was also available on iTunes, as I would be listening to it right now.
