So I'm finished with this whole series, well done, looks great. There's something I have noticed on all these smokers, no beer holders anywhere to be seen. I'm making a note not to forget this when I build mine 😁 🍻 . Anyway I'm curious, do you know what the approximate weight of the tank was when you first picked it up? Now I need to fire up my IVS ,get some meat on the grates. Here's something you can put on a sign if you like. Vegetarian is a old Indian word, it means " bad hunter ". Might help you if any Vegetarians or vegans think about giving you their opinion. Probably bring in a few extra fellows during hunting season also. 😄 Have a great day.🌤🔥🍻

Hi Victor, thanks for watching! Empty it was around 1,100 lbs. with all the hardware, cooking grates, and the 1/4” firebox and door it was closer to 1,900. The 15’ trailer was more than enough to handle it on the drive from Katy to San Leon, about 50 miles. I think most random axels are rated to 3,500, even the rentals from Home Depot.
It’s actually funny, vegans won’t eat meat, but they eat the heck out of our potato salad, which has eggs 😂😂😂

@@TexasBBQGuy I suspect some vegans are aware of the egg in mayonnaise. And that some potato salads have additional eggs. But there are potato salads that have no egg in them. I'm not saying there good but I haveseen recipes without. I actually respect the vegetarians, don't agree with them, but as long as they respect my omnivore ways, I'm going to respect theirs. But the vegans I have met are a different bunch of folks altogether. They are elitist/ extremists. They desire to think that they are better than everyone else. There way of thinking is absolutely out of touch. Technically they shouldn't be able to eat most foods period. After all, honey bee's are responsible for most plants that pollinated and therefore a animal byproduct. The vegans I have met normally don't stay on the bandwagon for very long. As to the Vegetarians I have known have for the most part been good folks and haven't pushed their beliefs on me so we're good. Some use the saying they don't eat things that have " faces ". I reply to that " does that mean you can't eat chocolate Easter bunnies? ". They typically respond with a smile and say some rules are meant to be broken. End of conflict and we open some fresh beers. Sorry about the length of my replies, they tend to be long. It's my Irish ancestors fault, talk, talk, talk. ☘🍻☘🍻☘ 😄
