Another tips, once you have 1000 Starchrom, you can run to Greywater to use the wish machine at the camp, yes you can use the one there even you didn't unlock the wish machine quest, the first 10 pull will get you Outsider (Purple Scar) and Pioneer Blue AK
Nice video, the enemy's sitting and chatting on the train in the warehouse, they don't attack you, you can just walk up to them, you can even stab them in the back and they don't care :)
You can still get it at the gaia monolith (level 20 area). It's on the roof just under the teleport tower (get up there, unlock the tp tower and then jump down to the roof) then you can craft it.
I opted for 3 pieces of raid and 3 of test subject for the melee dmg and health bonuses. Combined with the melee cradle overclock, I was one hitting enemies 5 lvls above me.
Hey man I hope you see this comment. This sent me on a wild chase to try and find out if it was my monitor doing this but after testing it on my phone I've concluded that it was this video actually. Whatever rendering software you're using is giving your video a nasty screen tare, and it happens semi often. It's the most noticeable at 5:10 when you glaze over that bright yellow wall but it happens throughout the video too. Apologies if you're already aware!
I don't think it's the recording software i put it down to my old 1080ti in my gaming rig, I'm waiting for the next-gen GPU before I upgrade if I can afford it at the time. I run 2 PC to be able to capture and edit nicely so I have to get everything twice when I upgrade so it's gunna hurt

Look at the card or end screen for the new location for the HAMR Sniper Rifle, it's still VERY easy to get if you know where.

They aren’t getting paid enough as Npc’s so they don’t even bother to care anymore 😭
I got a quest for it, called carnival of doom, i think at 15? but the sniper rifle doesnt drop from it.
I guess this video is no longer valid because the devs closed this exploit

The quest is there, but I don't think the reward is the same. I did it and didn't get the sniper.

Not shure if its a Screen capturing problem but there is a lot of screen tearing going on. Try to capture at a set framerate. Or try vsync

Ive just gone through this and I dont have a new sniper rifle.
The Carnival of Doom point isn't there now with release. Just went to try and grab it and the loot box was there but not the portal thingy
It will be there at a later point. I went back to check and now it's there. (After lvl.10) but didnt get the rifle. :(
