1. Take bigger risks when you're still young!
2. Get to know your inner voice / your intuition / your guiding light / your heart!
3. Be Proactive, not Passive! Don't expect things to come for you, but go out there and take action!
4. Stretch your Comfort Zone! If you're not growing, you're shrinking!
5. Invest in Yourself! Time is your greatest asset, you can use that time to read book, pick up new skills, take courses and learn new things / hobbies!

That part about finding your inner voice really got me! My parents words always got into my head and they'd tell me "You can't afford to take risks while you're young" and that made failure seem like a bad thing. They'd point out all the 'bad' things that could happen... and it kept me from doing the thing I really wanted to do with my life- make music!
Lavi Loves, what's a risk you've been afraid to take?
In regards to your first tip, in my opinion those things don't have to pile up just because you get older! How you live your life as you get older is up to you - you don't have to take out a mortgage or have kids etc. Just a thought! Can be a lot of pressure for young people to try and do everything now! You're great Aileen, been watching for a while, just wanted to touch on that! 😊💕

Considering our environment problem, i think it is safe to say that investing in the right food and clothes is also important ! ;)

i started crying the moment you said take risks while you're young, i've been terrified to leave california and go to college in missouri where my twin sister and brother are because i've fallen in love with this place. but i live with my step family and they're extremely cruel to me and i can't afford to move out here on my own so i've decided to go back to where i'm from and take a big risk because i'll never know how things turn out if i don't try

OMG! The comfort zone shrinking it happen to me, I'm not that person who likes going out amd socializing but never realized even though it was on my own terms I did that a lot, and now that I move out, it went from 100 to 0 and now that I am making friends going out and meeting with them has been a struggle but I'm trying. There is no way I'm letting my anxious head control my life! 💪

Hey Aileen, I want to sign up but not sure it will work for me. It says on your website there's a "30-day money back guarantee" but within the policy it says that "Refunds are within the discretion of the Lavendaire team as to whether the refund request will be granted or denied".

Having a child is a risk in itself. You must find your inner voice, knowing your values and beliefs constantly. Having a child is definitely getting out of your comfort zone. It’s not easy. You need to invest on yourself to always be there for your child. Because if you don’t learn to take care of your own life, your child will suffer. Pet peeve of mind when someone thinks having a child equals to being held back when really it’s the opposite. I have traveled overseas with my daughter. I have hiked more. I’ve started reading more. I’ve become more open with my family of what I want. I have taken long road trips with my toddler. And so on. Being a mother is an adventure in itself. ♥️♥️♥️ I guess what I’m saying is that the title is misleading. It’s not for everyone. It’s just for younger people.

I work from home too and what you said about social anxiety was right. Whenever I go out, there's something 'hit' you to step back and stay safe in the comfort zone. Now I think that I should go out more often :') thanks for your advices, Aileen!

I personally try to invest in my relationship with God everyday so I try to relate to your videos through that form of self-betterment. I wanted to share that for me personally, it can be challenging for me to hear about manifesting this dream life for myself when I know that God is truly the one bringing me blessings. We are the most important to our lives at the end of the day but I feel like our jobs on this earth isn’t to just make ourselves happy but to help others as well. Heart of Kentucky. I'm much older than you, and I'm experiencing a real growth spurt. My grandmother said we grow our whole lives. So, it doesn't really have anything to do with chronological age. You have many good ideas. Some of them may take a lifetime.
