    Yes this is nice video but we want a video on individual training for week and on which day we will skip, rest . And on which day we have to train which drill

      @@Wwxvey Then, I would do a mixture of everything unless that day you want to work on something specific. So, start with 5-10 min warm up, speed/agility 10 min, dribbling 15-20 min, passing 15-20 min, 1 v 1 s or small sided games for 25-30 mins.

    Is there Any other way to train volleys without a rebounder?

      Yeah of course! Just juggle or throw the ball and then practice hitting it out of the air or on the bounce. If you have a partner, you can have him hit you balls in the air as well 👍⚽️
