I am an Iranian resident in Japan for 27 years. I suffered severe injuries in a car accident, resulting in a permanent disability in my left leg. The incident occurred when I fell into an unseen deep pothole at a parking lot entrance, breaking my back. Sadly, the parking company, which is affiliated with the largest construction company in Japan and also operates in the US, has been prolonging the inhumane court proceedings for the past 5 years. It is difficult to believe. I have to take 13 strong painkillers daily due to the constant pain. In the first court, three judges rejected the opinions of three doctors and the medical tests. In the second court, four judges also dismissed them and described the difference in temperature of my left foot (a maximum of 7 degrees Fahrenheit) as insignificant. The inhumane ruling has destroyed my life and my family's. Please help me bring this construction company to trial in the United States. All foreigners should know that in order to live in Japan, they must study more. This is my personal opinion.

So he saves a company (though what he did was only to cut the massive number employees and subcontracting companies), he can steal money? It's ok and not a crime in your country? And he was on bail if you didn't know LOL. The US person called Mike Taylor mentioned that he was deceived by Ghosn's wife who told Mike that Ghosn had been tortured severely. Later Mike was held in the same detention center in Tokyo where Ghosn was held. Mike said in media he helped Ghosn only because Mike was told that Ghosn had been severely tortured in the detention center which Mike later found out was a total lie. The staff at the detention center were very respectful and professional, no means of torture whatsoever; that is why USA extradited Mike and his son to Japan because they knew there was no such thing as a torture. Mike also said that Ghosn changed his attitude all the sudden when he got out of musical box in the private jet and didn't even offer a word "thank you" to Mike. Mike said he completely regret saving Ghosn as Mike was deceived by Ghosn's wife's stories and now serving in Japanese prison.

Keep on giving excuses to avoid trials. He said he would fully cooperate with France; now France issued arrest warrant and he's scared. IT'S NOT THAT "HE CAN NOT SURRENDER to French authorities," BUT "HE DOES NOT WANT TO SURRENDER." If Lebanon is a country of Human Rights and ruled by law like he said Japan is not, he has the right to go to France to face the trial and clear his name like he said he would with France. Don't be fooled by someone who is wanted by 2 different countries

I agree that he certainly has done some frauds, but let's be honest about something, considering the huge the success he brought to these french and japanese car companies they should show some mercy. I mean that is just my opinion.

The German apology is for the Nazis' actions under the name of “Germany”, and compensation is limited to domestic Nazi victims. Germany does not respond to compensation claims from countries such as Namibia, Poland, Czech Republic and the Greece, thinking that Germany is another country that was established after the Nazis. As South Korea claims, if you imitate Germany, you will have to return the Japan-Korea Basic Treaty to a blank slate and have the money paid by Japan returned with interest. Of course, inflation must be taken into account.
