Interesting trivia: At one point, Tim Burton considered Arnold Schwarzenegger for the role of Betelgeuse. However, The Geffen Company felt that due to Schwarzenegger's reputation at the time as an action star, people wouldn't take it seriously. But Burton approached Schwarzenegger anyway. He turned it down, as he was busy shooting The Running Man (1987).

Wow, this is the most communicative I have ever seen Burton! Didn't even think he did interviews...

watch his interview with Ray Harryhuasen!

Sleepy Hollow is a GREAT movie!
Tim Burton on Conan is a great combo! 🖤
I can't believe I ever missed Tim Burton talking about seeing Edward Penishands! I didn't even realize they made a sequel. Worlds collide, dude.
Having a porn made of your movie must be the cinematic equivalent of Weird Al doing a parody of your song: it's how you know you've made it
AI does parody of my music and I'm not in the top 5 music producers.
Acid in the pool, good joke.
Tim Burton laughs like a stoner and I am HERE FOR IT
He also looks like one lol
Really interesting guy, I thought I'd seen him interviewed before but I guess I never have. Down with the MPAA!
Always loved his movies. Really a bright man!
Hope this means he's on the podcast soon!
I didn't know what Tim Burton looked like until now and he looks very much like his movies if that makes sense.
Conan sort of looks like one of Tim Burton's characters. The pasty orange. cool 🖤

I can’t imagine that at all!
I can’t stop watching Seven Hunnid on RUclips .. I’m addicted to his RUclips videos
Betelgeuse? :)
Sam Kinison was supposed to do the role, but they wouldn't make his manager an associate producer, so he was never told about it.

Can’t choose which favorite Tim Burton movie of mine is number one . They’re all so good!
Pee Wee’s Big Adventure.
I’m so serious too. That movie is absolutely perfect.
Beetlejuice
Edward Scissorhands
Pee Wee's Big Adventure
I wouldn't say they're allll good.

nah,
sammy davis junior died in the nineties.
Oh fr? How u read my mind lmao
Conan i love you, saludos desde Tijuana BC the happiest place on earth
I never really thought Burton did interviews.
I thought that their headless horseman trailer would have John Bobbitt. His head was decapitated too. And he performed in an adult movie.
I've seen a lot of Tim Burton interviews and almost every one he's asked about being an outcast. Wonder if he ever gets tired of it.
Most likely these were topics that were agreed upon before the interview.. that's how late night talk shows generally work
Boa tarde, esse Cineasta é muito divertido numa bela entravista. Adorei o vídeo.
He looks a lot like Nicolas Cage here.
His brother yeah!!!
first time to see this video 2021 omggg
One of the GREATS!
I wonder if this interview is what made him want to do claymation movies
More Tim please!
Love sammy jr
Edward four fingers and Inside Alice in wonderland, also have to say Sleepy hollow is my favourite from Tim burton.
Tim Burton and Alice Cooper could be brothers
Did they even talk about beetle juice? Lol
he’s such a dork (in a good way)
