Man, sheepshead is my favorite eatin fish! I remember back in the 70's at the jetties you'd catch 15 to 20 inchers as soon as you dropped a fiddler in the rocks! Good times for sure!

I appreciate what you Tug Boaters do. My father was a chief engineer on a Tug boat after he got out of the Navy. He supported our doing it and the stories he can tell awesome. Getting caught in storms with barges full of molasses is my personal favorite. Had to cut a couple barges loose so they didn’t sink the tug boat. Ppl don’t realize how important tug boats are.

Great video! Used to trade a fella at work sheepshead for some corn sippin. He would put about 1/2” of water in a Tupperware bowl and add seasoning to the water. Put the fillets with the skin on in the bowl and close it up. Microwave it and keep slightly shaking it periodically until cooked. Just mayonnaise and white bread and put the fillets on the bread. Some of the best fish sandwiches I ever ate. He would cook them in the lunch room and there was no odor except the seasoning.

Another great video. I like when you do the tug footage. My girl finally got to see the one I work on after 3yrs because we happened to be docked near the house for a couple of days. It gives a good perspective of a life that most people never get to see.
