JFRD Fire Training

7/16/2008 recruit class, fire training JFRD Jacksonville,FL combating a class B fire.
These were fun times It would of been my career if I didn't move to California.

this is a propane and gas burnpit 40 ft long 20 feet wide with a catwalk and other pipes and shutoff valves covered in fire.the purpous of this exercise is to train recruits or minimum standards to learn to fight propane fires by keeping the lp tanks wet and keep the fire away from the tanks while trying to find the right shutoff valve and to watch each others back and keep focused even with all the noise and comotion going on

and the fire is extreamley hot you could be 800 ft away and feel the heat
