I think going the route of Baba Chops, Yarnaby, and The Eye for marketing is smart because they are connected to Harley Sawyer who is definitely gonna give us trouble in Chapter 4, whether or not he's the final boss will be the question.
I think the main antagonist will be another character that hasn't been revealed yet, and Harley Sawyer will be a side character, but the chapter will be about him and revolve around him.

Honestly never been a big Poppy Playtime fan mostly because the pure effortless brainrot ruins it like most things in this day & age, but other than that which the brainrot isn't really their fault (besides the Zamination Minecraft shorts) never had a big problem with it just wasn't my style of mascot horror I guess, but I've noticed I feel like they market off the Smiling & Nightmare Critters a bit too much cause of their popularity & marketability but in my opinion seeing them so often makes them less exciting since they're all about the same just something different about the head & necklace each one which makes them less unique than any other character (Before anyone says anything, a one off antagonist is different from a mascot antagonist & most mascot antagonists are supposed to be the first guy or gal you see whether it be on the logo or in game) (This is just my opinion though, everyone has their own opinion, you're not required to agree with me, these are just my thoughts since the release of Chapter 3)
