"From a Christian perspective, we believe the Bible is divinely inspired. While Jesus prayed alone at times, like in the Garden of Gethsemane, Christians hold that the Gospel writers were guided by the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16). So, even if no one physically witnessed these moments, the accounts can still be accurate through divine inspiration.
If we question the Bible’s authenticity based on whether someone was physically present, should we also dismiss other historical records that recount private events of historical figures without direct witnesses? Why hold the Bible to a different standard?
Moreover, throughout the Gospels, Jesus explained His teachings in detail to His disciples (Mark 4:34). If He shared the meaning of parables, wouldn’t it be reasonable that He also shared personal experiences, including His private prayers? The close relationship He had with His disciples meant that much of what He did was later shared and written down."

@@marcusjohnchama4999 there is a good reason it's called religious beliefs not religious facts, the standards aren't the same with other historical records.
Religious scripture in general hold accounts of human interaction with what or whom they BELIEVED to be Devine/God alongside what or whom they BELIEVED to be responsible for the weakness and wickedness in humanity.

Well i would have problems trusting God for starters but i have seen that man move in my life countless times I have had a relationship with him unlike you just letting someone polarise your brain ....it's either God or Devil ain't no inbetweeners

@@alickuni9793 just as one man's food is another's poison, one mans God can aswel be another mans Devil, that's a lesson one learns after studying the evolution and spread of religious beliefs.
Whatever good you spiritually encounter and believe to be your God, know that there are people in other beliefs systems encounter the same believing it to be their own God.
I believe God the creator of all (not the tribal ones refered to in religious texts) to be universal, religion on the other hand is man made that's why it exist in many forms according to each authors preference.
