The lyrics (there were times when I could have murdered her/stranged her), could also be a sardonic attempt to shine light on violence against women at the hands of thier men. Anybody else ever think that?
Ever since I first heard him.......all I could think his vocals sounded like was a Catholic Priest when he sang during mass........maybe it was just my Church experiences, but remember how the Priest sang his way through parts of the Mass that really wasn't a song?.......just a crazy parallel for me maybe?....
