- Arden is a new agrihood community in western Palm Beach County that includes a 5 acre farm. This community has 4 builders with homes priced from the mid $300,000 to mid $900,000 and a low HOA of only $246 a month. Each homeowner gets their own produce from the farm every 4 weeks and you can take an organic farming class with your neighbors to learn yourself. The community pools look more like a 5 star resort and the fitness center is state of the art. The Lake House is a community center with its own snack bar where you can get ice cream and other snacks and the barn next to the farm is actually a store with organic items to buy and picnic tables to eat at. There is also Lake Arden with it's free use of kayaks/canoes where you can fish or just enjoy the outdoors only minutes from your home. This is a great community if you are looking for something different and want to get back to nature and community living.

@@PalmBeachesPaul it is a former farm. I think they do have a small community garden and orchards. There is also a farm fresh restaurant in the community and they grow on site.
