They adjust AFTER you purchase. Land IS included in the taxes. I moved from NY. It is very different. Where do you live?

As a rule : Prices are without the lot unless they are quick delivery homes. Then it is included. Have you visited the area ever?

Actually no. They are pretty good. They current use Wellington Schools, which are A rated. Have you ever been to our area? :)
