hello as a former res of wpb all I can say is have plenty of $$ if you want to live there! what you save in taxes you'll spend it on everything else! crime is high also (there are certain city's & parts of town to avoid!) pb county is overpopulated so watch your back and prepare to wait in line!

Not sure how it’s like living around the pub but Clematis street gets busy during the day and can get loud at night due to nightlife. The train is not really a factor. You get used to it
Jonathan, how far do you agree or disagree with people like Jerry Pinkas who see the condo and real estate situation in South Florida facing collapse because of the stronger requirements for reserve funds, increased taxes, congestion and the inability of infrastructure to keep up with population influx, etc.? And the recent increase of movement from southern Florida to the Carolinas?
I agree with a lot of what Jerry Pinkas says but I feel just like Michael Bordenaro they exaggerate the data and news for their gain because people love negativity and gravitate towards videos that are all doom and gloom. That’s how both their channels exploded. With that being said, the condo market here is in a very tough situation due to insurance, assessments and lack of reserves. The single family and townhome market is holding up better and right now it’s a beauty pageant and bidding war.. only the best looking and best priced homes are selling. All the rest is sitting and reducing their prices. Florida to the Carolinas has always been a thing so nothing new there.

There's definitely hood parts in almost every South Florida city (especially large cities) and many times those neighborhoods surround wealthy areas with mega mansions. Driving around and seeing for yourself is your best bet. Thanks for watching!

The next couple of years is going to be horrible to live in South Florida. Everyone had their different opinions about west palm beach but honestly I do believe there better places than west palm beach and Florida. There is not a lot of job opportunities in west palm beach to be honest.

To live in places like South Florida you need to make a great stable income and there is no affordable housing I been in South Florida my whole life I have not seen that at all. Their is not a lot of job opportunities in west palm beach with that other experiences. Plus if you are ready to deal with hot weather all year round and if you are ready to deal with hurricane seasons every year then you can move there in Florida but make sure you have good coverage for insurance for your house.
It’s gotten to that point now that South Florida has gotten too expensive for many to live and unfortunately have to move away. There’s hardly any affordable housing and all the new construction is luxury. There are industries that pay well that I mention in my videos but for the most part, I agree with alot of what you said
@@LIVSouthFlorida I agree the housing and rental market is horrible in South Florida. You definitely have to make a great income to afford a great house or at least a decent apartment. Plus it is at least 7,000 a week people are moving to Florida and the traffic is getting more worse. I am guessing in the next couple of years it will be horrible to live in Florida. I am from Miami and I have seen how bad the traffic is getting down there. The housing and rental market is bad down in Miami too.

The next couple of years is going to be horrible to live in South Florida. I'm looking at rentals in West Palm Beach. The areas I'm looking at all have HIGH crime stats. What areas are safer to live in?
