Nearly everythinkg "technical" about brewing beer I have learned from this channel. I have become a drastically better brewer because of this channel. Universe Bless this brewery and these beer heroes :)
Another great year. ! Thank you guys for keeping me entertained . I took on brewing as a hobby years ago , and what I’ve learned from you is amazing . Merry Christmas and Happy new year .
What’s with the asshole comment? Peter has kids. Even if he just thinks it looks cool that’s his business. I miss these videos and Peter’s goofy painted nails 😂
That show in the background is about our national bird! The Philippine Eagle aka Monkey-eating Eagle! Homebrewer from Davao City PH! Where Phillipine Eagle Foundation is located! Cheers!
I have a few ideas for experiments, but I do not want to end up on any more government watch lists. Maybe try and see how far you can abuse the brewing process and still have a good beer. Try to reverse engineering a beer. Have someone send a beer with unusual ingredients and see if you can duplicate it with no info. Brew a great beer with no modern brewing equipment. Like a naked and afraid but with a brew session. No metal allowed.

We appreciate you watching!
You are still the most educated person I know on kveik lol. Great advice to put out there!
Cheers great video!!! I've had good luck with Lutra at 72, super clean and still ferments relatively quickly.
Just started a NEIPA under pressure 12 hours ago with VOSS. It took just over a hour to start its thing. Gotta love Kveik
It's my go to cheater yeast!

Happy new year!
This is awesome info, thank you for going more in depth on this topic!
should I make my first beer with this Kviek or US05 at 76F pressure fermented?
Thank you for another excellent year!
We love you Peter. Did you mail my stuffs? Thanks for the kveik craziness. JJ is a cool cat!
Yes! It's in the mail!
What temperature should you do your starters at? If you do starters.
Usually just room temperature - one of the reasons for that is making O2 more accessible and risking less blow off :)
What`s with the colored nails?

Question, is there a guideline that can help match Kveik strains with beer styles?
What should my pitch rate be if I’m making a beer with a 1.100 OG? I can’t really ferment past 75f as well.

I love quike yeast
A pack a barrel? Wow that sounds ridiculously low
I wouldn't worry about the pronunciation of "kveik". Just say it as kveikly as you can...
Solid point :)
Love the holiday nails!
Just wait till you see my NYE nails!

I love those! Especially the naked and afraid and reverse engineering ideas.
you are saying it correctly, it's "kveik" not "ke-veik"
Those nails though. 😂
Kveike like bike
I just toss it in the fermenter and hydrate with more wort. Voss.
I do oxygenate for 30 seconds or so. Always works great and starts very, very fast.
