This is the band SGM from Seattle, Washington.
These 2 songs come from their sole album "Aggression" released in 1988.
The 2nd song "Power" was featured on the 1989 soundtrack for the movie "Leatherface: The Texas Chainsawe Massacre III".

SGM mixed Hardcore, Punk and Thrash to create an extreme Crossover style similar to Lethal Aggression, O.L.D., Wehrmacht, A.M.Q.A., The Accused, etc.
I still don't know what the band name stands for.

NOT to be confused with the SGM (Sleepytime Gorilla Museum) playing math Metal/HC. This is a different band from the 80's.
