I saw Execrate live at the waters club in San Pedro California. I used to have this demo tape, but I gave it back to Gary Rosales (real name Guillermo) because he ended up with no copies for himself. He played lead guitar along with Matt. Guillermo is my childhood friend we used to live next door to each other in Santa Ana CA. I still am in contact with him to this day, as he is my best bud. Peace!

I saw these guys at Bumbershoot or some other Seattle festival late summer of ‘84. 15 yrs old. Free show. They were throwing these EPs out into the audience and I caught one. Unfortunately I don’t know what happened to it but probably tossed it because it wasn’t “hard” enough for me as I was heavily into Metallica and Slayer by then. I was a concert junky in the 80’s and into the 90’s. Went to a lot of shows back then.

Out of the 20, I have 2 for in my collection ; Finch and Shylock. I have a different Atoll album and one from Mythos. Most I have never heard. I have been a prog fanatic since 1969 with In the Court of the Crimson King.

I was about to become a metalhead listening to this station back in the day in 85.. Great find dude! Gem.🤘

I saw them in the summer of 1988 in Indianapolis with LIFE SENTENCE. Killer show!! I did my first stage dive there.

I also recomend Lady Shalott with Atmosphera from Israel. They recorded their only album in 1976.

Regarding the cover songs. During that time thrash bands were covering 60s and 70s rock songs left and right. Placing them in the middle of the albums. Death eventually did Kiss and Judas Priest cover but really only as bonus materials.

Micheal Omartain is so good in 70s. Even Steely Dan used him as keyboardist. Alive And Well is great. Its like brass bands like Chicago n others on speed etc. other songs are so dreamy and so medetive i sink into the matresss like floating on a shallow narrow clear stream with rose bushes in both sides all the way down , slowly drifting fishing n looking up at blue skies.

What about Glory Road -Exit - Glory Road? Hear it? Many twists and turns. Ups n downs.
