This is the band KOHRUPTION with the title track "Scarred For Life" from their 1990 album (released on cassette & CD).
They were from Los Angeles, California (early) and then relocated to Philadelphia, PA (later).
The hand on the album cover is from Brian Cook (vocals/guitar) pictured just after his car accident. Recorded March, 1990, at DAK Audio.
It'd be nice if some label would re-issue this on CD...
